You can’t say “oh this case is ok” it’s the same augment just not your department when it’s used to say “oh we can off set art”. It’s shit you know it’s shit cos your living it everyday so don’t be ok when you think voice actors don’t need the same prospect or QA or writers and so on.

If your ok with some departments that is not your own getting cut and reduced due to genAI you don’t get the issue at all. A harm against one will lead to every department being harmed in time. Defending other departments in the hope they help you when you’re job is a risk that’s what a union is.
