Survived two hearings! Met two very nice clerks! Now I feel like I can really call myself a federally certified interpreter for realsies
I took my first job in the US district courts today and I’m fine, cool, super chill here in a hallway waiting for my hearing to start. Definitely not vibrating with anxiety or anything

I’m going to keep sharing this PSA: although the MMR is usually given at 12 and 18 months, your baby can get a first dose as early as 6 months. They will still need the other two doses, because immunity doesn’t stick at that age, and insurance may not cover it. But it’s protection.

Many diseases, even airborne ones, will fall out of the air in a relatively short period of time. Measles goes for the gold standard, and can remain infectious in the air for HOURS. When there was a case at Disneyland several years ago, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride became a virus hotbox.
