When I worked in DC our office moved to 15th and K. Best feature of the office space was that the cafeteria looked out at the Washington Post building. Just seeing the building was like seeing a celebrity every day. What Bezos has done to the paper is just devastating.

Look if there’s one thing I’ve learned from listening to Tara Westover getting interviewed is that this is the only way to assuage real Americans’ economic anxiety, and the rest of us just have to tolerate that fact, and thank them for the opportunity.
