Well I didn’t do too badly with Christmas: lost 4lb since my weigh in on the Saturday before the festivities. Now at my lowest weight for a while: 16st 10 or 106.1kg.
Aim is 16st / 101.6kg by my birthday. And perhaps 15st / 95.2kg by June 1st. By that point I’ll have lost a ¼ of my starting weight

So the new comfortjets deployed on Prague-Budapest turn out to be railjets redeployed from Prague-Vienna, whilst 3 Prague—Viennas remain railjets, 1 Prague-Budapest *is* a comfortjet and several are still EuroCity, which turn out to be Slovakian not Czech. Phew! Cue major text 'n photo update. 😳

It may not be the biggest country, but it has a pretty dense rail network. Denmark is on the way too, as well as Switzerland, Austria, Czechia and Italy.
Hopefully the rollout in the UK will pick up in the next few years.
