This is why the state is shut out from investigating a murder in MN: if agents were forced to testify, if bodycam footage is turned over, it will show this isn't the case.
In the videos we have seen, there is no stuck vehicle, no swarm of protestor cars, nothing to indicate this is true.

The video is worse. ICE agent pushes a nonviolent protestor who is walking. He reels back, regains his balance, and continues walking. ICE blasts him in the fucking face at point-blank range (one-handed, too) and casually walks away.
Ongoing and obvious reminder that firing chemical weapons directly at people's heads like this *is* deadly force.

Video shows a truck approach her vehicle and an agent gets out and attempts to open her door. Full stop. What crime did she commit? What was the probable cause for - presumably - an arrest?
