Big: Wyoming supreme court just struck down abortion ban.

And get this: The reason is a constitutional amendment codifying a right to make health care decisions... passed in 2012 by conservatives who thought it'd screw Obamacare!

Quite the backfire. We explained this lawsuit a few years back:
How Attacks Against Obamacare Turned Into Tools to Protect Abortion Access  - Bolts

Per WASH POST, Stephen Miller will play an “elevated role” in Venezuela (what could go wrong!) and Machado won’t be president because she accepted the Nobel Peace Prize Trump wants (yes, seriously)

I feel bad for their familiy but there is no general duty to guarantee safety against [checks notes] cars flying through windows
Family of person who was run over and killed while exercising in a Jersey 'Planet Fitness' claims the property owner should have installed protective bollards to prevent a driver from crashing through the window of the gym. www.nj.com/union/2026/0...
Family sues Planet Fitness after car crashes through N.J. gym, killing 72-year-old
The lawsuit claims the gym chain knew about the risk of vehicle crashes but failed to install protective barriers that could have saved the gym member's life.

I wrote section 230 to protect user speech, not a company's own speech. I've long said AI chatbot outputs are not protected by 230 and that it is not a close call. Given that the Trump administration is going to the mat to protect pedophiles, states should step in to hold Musk and X accountable.
I am not a Section 230 expert but being that Twitter is creating and publishing these photos I wonder if they actually have any civil legal protection? @kenwhite.bsky.social ? @akivamcohen.bsky.social ?
What X is allowing Grok to do is unlawful or regulatory-illegal in multiple jurisdictions, creates clear DSA violations, and continues despite regulator scrutiny. The images do not need to be pornographic, non-consensual sexualised or intimate depictions are enough.

What if the whole plan is to see what Maduro is willing to pony up for a pardon
"Hernández boasted that he would 'stuff the drugs up the gringos’ noses' while trafficking more than 500 tons of cocaine into the US.

"Trump freed him, saying, 'If somebody sells drugs in that country, that doesn’t mean you arrest the president and put him in jail'..."

After Venezuela operation, Trump haunted by his pardon for Honduran drug trafficker
Two Latin American strongmen were charged with drug trafficking. One was captured as part of a military raid, the other is free thanks to a Trump pardon.

The Pentagon will cut the military retirement pay of Sen. Mark Kelly for what Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth called the Arizona Democrat’s “seditious” statements on a video telling service members they have the right to refuse to execute illegal orders.
