My folks live on a farm and are retired. My mom recently got an e-bike. She rode into town today to play cards with friends and called me when she got home. I can’t remember hearing her as genuinely happy as she was today. Blue sky, sun, and a bike ride. Magic.

I have been in Austria this week and wanted to mention one thing I've seen that delighted me. There are a TON of riders who look 65+ pedaling mixte city bikes and many of them do these rolling sidesaddle dismounts that are quietly stylish.
