If you think pedestrians and cyclists, don’t particularly like sharing the road with drivers, wait till you meet other drivers.
Drivers are probably the most anti-driver people out there.

Denver scaled back a street safety project after pushback from the family of Colorado's wealthiest man.

While the city told the public that construction was the hold up, @spencersoicher.bsky.social obtained internal city emails showing the issue was "high level" community concerns.

Understatement
I'm so fucking tired of so many people being killed in traffic crashes. I'm so fucking tired but I'm also so, so fucking angry.

I use obscene language because what is obscene is over 40,000 people/year dying in preventable crashes in the US, 7,000 or so who are merely walking, and society just 🤷🏻‍♀️

Outstanding reporting on some absolute political bullshit happening in Denver right now. Thank for the coverage @denverite.bsky.social . Powerful photos @kevinjbeaty.bsky.social 🙌
As the Co-chair of the Department of Infrastructure Advisory Board, I am incredibly disappointed that DOTI and the Johnston Administration has thrown safety to the wayside to favor the interests of the wealthiest family in Colorado.

Also drivers: I never see anyone using that bike lane, let’s rip it out.

Hey #BikeSky! Can you help me with an art project I’m working on? If you’re part of a local bike group that has stickers, can you mail me 3 of them? As long as they mention your city or state, or they have a social media handle that people can follow to see what state you’re in.

This is great news!! Trying to look thru the ads was demoralizing.
The #RTDBoard has voted to BAN ad wraps from transit vehicle windows!

This is a MASSIVE victory for riders - thank you so much to Director Paglieri for leading this initiative and for the Directors who supported it!

Colorado’s 2024 land use reforms on ADUs, parking, and TOD were a big step.
But the real climate and affordability gains come when cities go beyond the minimums.

Shut the parks down @colorado.gov @senatorhick.govpeeps.us and @bennet.senate.gov . The longer folks that can afford the luxury of visiting our natl parks right now are insulated from the insanity of the situation, the longer they will sit idly by and allow it to continue.
