Loves a good walk 🚶‍♀️glass of wine 🍷 . Vegan 🌱 Ⓥ and WFPB🥗. We come into this world with nothing and leave with nothing. It’s what we do while we are here that matters. No DM’s unless you ask first.

⭐️ For a healthier take on onion bhajis, try these air fryer vegetable bhajis. So crispy and delicious and super easy to make. Very cheap to make too.

She fell off a bridge and got stuck just before Christmas.

The poor old girl has been terrified. It's taken 2 weeks of lots of patience but she is finally letting me in!

I love these chickpea 'meatballs' on spaghetti with homemade marinara sauce or on a sub. You can bake them in the air fryer (or oven) too. So, so good!

Ramblings of Old John: Night drifted in, day left quietly with a hint of color. Morn’ broke easy breeze, white of the pond blended into the utter pale blue of an empty sky. Cold seeps down deep in old bones. Woods silent, only tracks. 5ºF headed to 18. Ya’ll be careful out there!
