1st time I saw the "Smells Like Teen Spirit" video on 120 minutes remains easily one of the top 5 watershed moments in my life.
This might be the most cliché thing a Gen Xer could possibly say, but I literally remember where I was the first time I saw the video for Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' -- upstairs in my parents' rec room. Just an unmistakable sense that *something important was happening*.
