The U.S. assumes control over Venezuela, making US now the "biggest drug threat" or whatever. Trump then has to kidnap himself and Melania as leaders of Venezuela. He and Maduro stand trial together as co-conspirators. When he is questioned on the stand the only answer he gives is "double jeopardy"
