These are DHS agents not MPD according to their uniforms. What federal crime was the dancing fox reasonably suspected of?
Outside of the Bishop Henry Whipple Building in Minneapolis a person dancing in a fox costume is arrested by the MPD. Protests have been consistent outside of this building since the ramped up ICE presence.

Why do they keep asking people where they were born? Naturalized citizens don't have special obligations to cary papers.
