Cardboard advent calendars are so much better than chocolate advent calendars. I didn't even like chocolate advent calendars as a kid. Give me some fantastic artwork of a robin and I'll a small square of shite chocolate some other time, thanks.

I think I can define my generation pretty accurately by being born just after cardboard advent calendars stopped being a thing.
I do remember advent candles though. I'd get one, but candle smoke is as equally deadly as sugar (probably)

Having been put off knock-off Dr Pepper by Tesco's Dr Fizz / Fizzio, I got some Professor Pop from Lidl today. It does a slightly better job of tasting nice than Dr Pepper Zero, so I consider that a huge success.

A lovely lady brought her VERY YOUNG baby in to my show. The baby was very good and quiet and I asked the woman to give me the baby a few times ha ha etc. It only cried towards the end when I was slagging off JK Rowling so I reckon the baby is transphobic, a real shame.
