context on why Jackson made this order regarding SNAP. It's strategic, but also causes harm. There's no ethical course of action in an unethical government. we survive because of bandaids.
The corrupt SCOTUS will act to make this evil permanent. She's definitely just trying to keep them out of it by handing it back down to the circuit court. Jackson's not one of the sadists.
