Earlier on channel 9 they reported an important detail from eyewitnesses that the different officers were shouting conflicting instructions at her.
Using imagery online of the shooting by an ICE agent in Minneapolis, we’ve created an animated sequence which highlights the approximate positioning of officers and vehicles at the scene. The red dot represents the agent who fired the shots. Yellow dots are other agents who arrived at the scene.

The cycle we’re in is, the group that people want to be serving as an opposition party capable of stopping ICE have for more than two decades handed ICE power, money, and political legitimacy

Saw someone post the Minneapolis ICE murder footage with the photo of a VC getting shot in the head and a crazy story about my dad is that he made the call that led to NBC broadcasting the film footage of the VC getting murdered (a Vietnamese cameraman captured it, pretty sure my dad wasn't there)

There's an uncanny valley of human names you can't use for naming dogs (e.g., naming a dog Ashley or Matthew is sociopathy; naming a dog Kevin or Steve is hilarious and fine)
This place needs some Innocuous Discourse pronto. Quote this with a take that’s not political or aggressive

On brand for pants mayor, very bad!!
important news that's going under the radar: the mayor of SF is putting together a group to rewrite the city's charter that's composed almost entirely of tech fascists, with very little representation from labor groups (or anyone left wing)

Meet the 28 people tasked to reshape San Francisco's constitution
To reform S.F.’s 548-page city charter, Mayor Daniel Lurie and Board President Rafael Mandelman formed a 28-member working group.

annoyed that it's been easier to find archival media of geo software stuff from the early 1990s than find decent documentation of geo conferences in like 2007

If Cuba kidnapped Trump and put him on trial, would anyone say "well, this is irregular, but it's also true that Trump was bad," other than me, that is, I would probably say that, along with "wow I have no opinion about Donald Trump other than what a good patriotic American, which I am, would say"
"Maduro was bad, but" shut the fuck up, you people will never learn.

This is not the first US imperial atrocity for oil —let’s not exceptionalize it— but wow is is it awful. And the violation of Venezuelans domestically in the name of a sovereign borders they actually dgaf about.

As Aimee Cesaire put it— the price of imperialism is the empire’s own civilization.
