I have a chicken with potatoes, carrots, and onions roasting in the oven. I love a one pan meal like that. Trying to recharge my batteries a bit this weekend, as this last week has been hell.

Just having a bit of a panic attack as my husband went to be a bit of white male muscle with our Vietnamese neighbor who owns the Airbnb on our street, as the owner has to enter the house to fix a sink of some possible 🧊 agents that rented the place. And if they’re not 🧊 they’re being weird af.
