Getting real sick of Labor and Libs late night team ups to make everything worse.

Let it be known that Labor is a bunch of spineless, right leaning centrists jumping hoops for whatever lobby groups pay them, and they need to be treated as such.
Last night, Labor and the Liberals teamed up to pass new dangerous and overreaching laws limiting speech and political expression.

These rushed laws include many things to be concerned about, including deeply worrying implications for people’s ability to protest.

The Greens have secured a major win with a commitment from Government to establish a National Firearms Safety Council!

This delivers on what the community expects: evidence-based oversight that future-proofs our gun laws against politically motivated deals that put public safety at risk

Shame on the major parties for rushing through these scary new laws despite strong opposition from both experts and community.“

Labor has teamed up with the Liberals with a last minute deal to pass dangerous new laws limiting speech and political expression. The Greens condemn the major parties for rushing through these laws that will have real impacts on people trying to speak out for human rights and against genocide.

Can confirm that at least one pitch with a focus on Black ace characters (that editors loved) was given the "lack of audience" boot.

I will pass out stapled notebook sheets of handwritten stories before I let a publisher or book bans censor how queer or brown my characters are.
Publishers are feeling the chill of the book banning movement and a second Trump presidency as literary agents note a more reserved atmosphere for publishing books with LGBTQ+ characters and themes. More: https://thehill.com/homenews/lgbtq/5679251-trump-era-lgbtq-book-bans/
