RCMP in Saskatchewan have charged a man with manslaughter with a firearm and careless use of a firearm in the shooting death of Tanya Myers outside Weyburn on Highway 39. He is to make a court appearance tomorrow in Regina. Mounties are also planning to take questions from media tomorrow.
