I know it's hard to stand up to authority, but standing up may just make them back down. Giving in may just mean getting more bullying.

Hydration packs
Cold/flu medicine to last for at least a week or 2
Bottled water
Tissue
Thermometer
Fever/pain reducer
Soup
Whiskey
Tea

Disinfectant
