Host of the YouTube channel, Snazzy Labs! I talk about tech.

I’m @SnazzyQ most other places.
The folks at @boschglobal.bsky.social make a ton of cool stuff—from sensors in your phone and your car to technology that literally scans the unique surface characteristics of products to identify products without serial numbers. Bananas! #ces2026 #ad #sponsored

My dumb brain just realized that Apple didn’t remove the flashlight beam pattern adjustment on the iPhone with iOS 26—it’s just that I moved from an iPhone 16 Pro to an iPhone Air which lacks the more advanced “Adaptive True Tone Flash.”

My next big thing (literally) at Copland Supply is Cloth Pro Max. Sign up for a totally free preorder—no payment, no commitment, 20% off when it arrives.

And don't worry, there's a compatibility chart!

We spent months on these and our supplier had to develop new techniques for our multi-material resin layering.

The micro‑sized keyboard has every key fully formed, the CD eject button is perfectly color‑matched, and even the rear foot nibs and power jack are present!

My 128K keycaps are SOLD OUT—but you can still save on the G3!

The 128K keycap are great, but the G3 is next level.

For example: the colored shell is actually transparent and the mouse and keyboard have 50-micron wires (thinner than hair!) attaching to the Mac correctly.

My first merch drop ever. Handmade, tons of fun, and there’s only 128—going quickly too! Get yours now if you want one!

Apple finally gave the iPad everything we asked for—windowing, external displays, pro apps. It doesn't matter.

Fundamental problems baked into iPadOS are unsolvable. The iPad has Mac hardware running phone software, and it's architecturally stuck there.

(a) who thinks they can edit a very technical Snazzy Labs video and, (b) do it within the next 48 hours? All assests, b-roll, and everything else is already gathered but would be nice to see some composited charts. Send me your work and price:

My favorite iOS 18 feature that Apple kept for iOS 26 is when you type a search query into your browser and literally nothing happens until you clear the field and try your search again.

Alright, it’s that time again: I’m putting together the annual Snazzy Labs gift guide!

I’ve already got about 15 awesome products, but am looking for a few more…

What gadget, tool, EDC, or piece of tech have you LOVED using this year that most people DON’T know about?

Deep cuts only.

There are Vision Pros selling on eBay for literally $1,500.

Almost nobody should buy it for $3,500, but for less than half of that, it makes for a pretty compelling face TV.

Apple deeply cares about the Mac.

…but you’d never know it by using macOS Tahoe.

This will sound nutty, but the iPhone Air makes the iPad Pro feel thick.

While both iPad Pro models are thinner than the iPhone Air, their vastly larger surface area and weight make them feel less "magical" than they felt two weeks ago.

The iPhone Air is wild.

What I love most about iOS 26 is how everything now takes 1–2 extra taps, since previously available features are buried in the name of design.

(yes, I know you can swipe; it's still buried)
