Not the first time I've said it, but I do think we should sit with the fact that the folks likeliest to have predicted we'd elect a reality TV president who'd create a fascist police state where people would be put into unmarked vans for criticizing Israel have been widely ridiculed my entire life.

If I were AG I'd be fine putting a notice that anyone charged for any crime whereby the defendant attacked someone masked and sorrounding childcare facilities, I would be vicious in stopping any of them from sticking in court.

People notice when a city regularly considers the needs of people walking, biking, and using transit!
Of course that's not always the case here (as evidenced by the lack of municipal sidewalk clearing) but we're doing better than many other US cities.
