The councilors promise on vulnerable users is "we're a suburb, cars and sfh housing are the only things physically possuble to imagine". Thus, no matter how much sense I talk into them, they refuse to do dick all so I plan to move out.

My crazy idea for incorporating public feedback into city planning: You let residents vote for representatives in city government, and those people are empowered to implement the policies they promised while campaigning.
