One thing that makes you feel like you’re losing your grip on reality is constantly having to hear about the genius and brilliance of various Silicon Valley types while also reading headlines about how their businesses are losing sums of money so large that it’s almost impossible to comprehend

Just got the new iOs update on my iphone and let me tell you it is the wildest decision for Apple to auto turn on AutoMix in Apple Music. This feature doesn't let a song finish but instead transitions it "at the perfect moment". This is maybe a 1000 times worse than putting U2 on everyone's phone?

By far the scariest thing about the story that's emerging is that a young man just decided to murder a major public figure, then was very much able to without a ton of forethought. There are a lot of obvious concerns raised by that story! One of them is not, "Did he know anybody who was trans?"!
