I was one of those warning how bad it would be and how Trump 2 would be much worse than anyone complacently assumed.

But even I didn’t have ‘cancel all foreign aid, including to kids with HIV & malaria’ and also ‘let the world’s richest man get access to our private data’ on my 2025 bingo card.

Don't know where I've been but just heard about this guy today. After 90 minutes I can say his YT is 100% bangers and some of his wordsmithing lands like a punch to the gut. All his tour dates, including March 1 at The Cedar in Minneapolis, are sold out but maybe there's room for extra nights...
Jesse Welles’ UHC song whips, I gotta post it in 2 parts because of Bsky’s video limit, and here’s part 1 (part 2 goes way harder fyi)

Minneapolis is a union town! Great to attend the Minneapolis Regional Labor Federation's holiday party. Everyone in Minneapolis has a right to dignity, living wages and a safe workplace and anywhere in Minneapolis workers are organizing I'll be there to have your backs.

I had polio when i was 9. I was taken from my parents & placed in a Hospital for contageous diseases- the polio ward. I would see them once a week - thru the glass window at the end of my ward. I could not walk. It was terrifying. Kids died. Iron lungs were awful. Dont let RFK Jr ban the vaccine

One would think that having an uncommitted delegate write an op-ed about why they are voting for Kamala and encouraging other uncommitted delegates to do the same would be embraced by the party and be held up as an example of how to bring people into the party instead of gatekeeping.

If I was responsible for the accidental death of a person, I would immediately step down from all of my leadership positions, not run for more leadership positions 10days later. Then again I'm not a selfish jerk who wants to destroy any credibility in my party. I can't stay quiet anymore, its insane

No one thinks McBride is a threat to anyone. Pulling this shit only further confirms that the anti-trans stuff was never about safety. It’s performative cruelty to dehumanize and humiliate trans people.

The only actual experience Dr. Oz has in federal gov was being called before the Senate in 2014 and admitting he used false claims (aka lied) to personally enrich himself.

"The scientific community is almost monolithically against you in terms of the efficacy of the products you called 'miracles.’”
President-elect Donald Trump has nominated Dr. Mehmet Oz to serve as the administrator for the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Oz ran and lost to Sen. John Fetterman in Pennsylvania in 2022.
