You know when I was last in a psych ward I could barely protect myself from COVID? They claimed to have surgical masks for people, but they actually were out & didn't have any. I kept my K95 I came in with on for a week & it got ragged & filthy. Hate these motherfuckers who run carceral psychiatry.

As far as online mutual aid, don't look at people you boost as random. Build relationships with them & help them as a person who knows them. Choose people to support on a recurring basis. You can't help everyone, so select who you can help & stand by them. That's how it works.
