Having to wait months… or years to resolve disputes with CRA is ridiculous.
It took DAYS for me to reach a human at CRA just to report a death. Then you get a recording threatening to cut you off if you get angry on the call??

Thinking of my teen years, I knew girls who were on the pill without their parents knowledge because they were afraid to talk to their parents about it.
I would counsel saying, would you rather tell them they’re going to be grandparents?
