As a coach, the obvious answer is that it's free, but the understated part of it is "They don't emphasize results."

Really great experience. It was extremely pretty in the fluffy falling snow when we were outside, it was fast, and it was so smooth and quiet. Also the level boarding? Incredible.
The doors do take too long to open and close when the vehicle has stopped.
Will ride again.
