Everyone hates ICE
It’s also a problem for the regime that no one has ever been helped by ICE ever. They never helped an old lady cross the street. They never rescued a cat. They never ran into a burning building. They’ve never given someone CPR.

All anyone knows is they threaten and kill people.

I’m personally not a big fan of the guy, but like I said to @gregsargent.bsky.social months ago, he’s really found the correct formula for opposing Trump - both rhetorically and substantively. And the main thing Dem voters want right now is ANTI-TRUMPISM.

"Dems for Congress are holding onto Harris voters more than the GOP is holding onto Trump voters." Well, no shit. No one outside the MAGA cult likes T. Everyone is realizing what many of us knew when T descended the golden escalator in 2025--he's a garbage human who's not fit to be president.

We were already trying to process AI encouraging suicide. We couldn’t begin to process AI artificially with enthusiasm removing clothing from images of minors and women who never consented.

Now we have to face AI assisting and yes, again encouraging, domestic abuse, stalking and harassment.
NEW: ChatGPT and other chatbots are feeding users' fixations on real people, reinforcing users' delusional ideas and obsessions about others as they descend into unwanted harassment, stalking, and/or domestic abuse — traumatizing victims and profoundly altering lives.

What’s one way we can rein in ICE?

We can start by boycotting ICE’s corporate collaborators that are profiting from the agency’s cruelty.

At a bare minimum, DC statehood & a full overhaul/adding seats to SCOTUS. But really, Democrats (& democrats) need to aim much higher to fix our broken antidemocratic institutions & finally make us a real democracy & fascism-proof our polity:
- DC/PR/USVI statehood
- Enlarging the House
- MMDs
- New VRA
- Totally revamping SCOTUS: bsky.app/profile/mcop...
- Automatic universal voter registration
- Rewriting the "national emergency" laws: bsky.app/profile/mcop...
- Subordinating the Senate: bsky.app/profile/mcop...
Etc.
👇🎯💯

Again, the needs to be & all the committees & commissions that want to Do A Popularism & focus on Kitchen Table Issues are engaged in a category mistake about What Democrats Must Do the next time they ever have power.

Noem and Lewandowski were made for each other--two megalomaniacs with not a moral compass between them. I wish the pilot had responded to L's "firing" him midflight by saying, "ok, you fly the motherfucker," then taking a seat, just to watch L's reaction
His alleged mistress left her precious heated blanket on the other plane, so Corey Lewandowski demanded the pilot turn the plane around to go get it.

When he refused, Lewandowski -- who has zero authority to fire anyone at any time -- tried to fire the pilot IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLIGHT.
it's even worse than first reported

the fucking guy caused an inflight disruption so bad the pilot had to leave the command deck then he was like I RELIEVE U OF DUTY

A two month old-detained in the ICE concentration camp at Dilley-was rushed to the hospital this weekend

The boy’s extreme youth made him particularly vulnerable in a prison setting

Worse, they knew he was sick-and couldn’t care for him-because the facility didn’t even have a doctor
