Going to go ahead and predict that the requirement that they be given judicial review prior to removal is not going to get much play on this here app
BUT the majority says Venezuelan migrants MUST be given notice that they're being deported under the Alien Enemies Act and an opportunity "to actually seek habeas relief" before they're removed.
