I have mixed feelings about Moonrise Kingdom (2012). While I don't think it needed the scene of preteens groping each other in their underwear, the film seems a fun, sincere attempt to show the madness and redemptive possibilities of first love. #LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday #MovieSky #FilmSky

A friend just had her checking account wiped out by her family's new health insurance premium (which went from $890 a month to $2800). The thing is, she'd cancelled the policy in early December, assuming it would also cancel the autopay.
