Whoa, wow. I saw Bono's commencement address at Penn many years ago and I was so struck by his grasp of the American idea and his deep love for this country. It was a moving address. I'm sad that this government is now the subject of a protest album, but glad they recorded it.

I will go down shouting that Americans need to understand that the current system is heavily rigged toward people who do *not* need to immigrate, and subjects many people of good faith to absurd fees and waiting times hopelessly disconnected from the realities of being a poor immigrant.
