Columbia Heights school district confirms a 5-year-old child detained by federal agents. He and his dad were at their home after coming home from preschool. The agent then took the child to the door of the home and told the boy to knock and ask to be let in, “essentially using a 5-year-old as bait.”

This is a good point. ICE should not be doing crowd control!
all these crowd dispersal tools need to be taken away in the next funding bill. they are not supposed to be doing crowd control. they don’t need pepper spray, pepper balls, tear gas, flash bangs. if they need crowd control they can call the local police.

The MSP thread reminds me of Twitter when it was fun. I've always said the hardship of winter bonds Minnesotans together. Now we have winter AND unaccountable federal goons to bring us together for resource, joke, and information sharing.

A wordy update! News of ICE hitting us with a retaliatory audit went kinda viral and we've received a HUGE amount of support. Not only were we extremely busy all weekend, but we also received over $1000 in unsolicited donations.
Friday afternoon, ABC News ran an interview with one of Mischief Toy Store's owners about the store's practice of giving away free whistles. Hours later, ICE agents showed up at their door.
