@grubb.wtf the Zelda comparisons with MP4 are apt but I think it's actually Wind Waker it reminds me of most. Big, mostly empty open world, pared back, easier dungeons, immaculate vibes... WW fares better in the end but it was definitely a simplified version of OoT/MM and MP4 feels like that too!

As I mentioned before, this year my 88 year old dad moved into a continuing care community, which guarantees “memory care” (ie, for dementia) when needed. And as part of the intake, they make sure all applicants won’t need that care in the short term.

See that red X off the Pacific coast of Colombia? That’s where the US military recently blew up a boat, thousands of miles from the United States. There’s virtually no chance the boat was smuggling drugs into America, if it was even carrying drugs at all.
And saying "In the Pacific" hides how many thousands of miles south of the US the boat was. A boat 2 miles from Los Angeles is also "in the pacific" but it takes you to the end of the third paragraph to get "off the coast of Colombia" after repeating DOD claims it was heading to the US
