Lots of folks in the replies understandably/honorably saying progressives & liberals shouldn’t be imitating the GOP or pledging fascist acts too. I used to think like that too but sadly I don’t see any alternatives, the GOP doesn’t respond to strongly worded letters. You have to fight fire with fire
