Blows my mind how dramatically customer service has fallen off in retail and hospitality around the globe. I mean, just the basics, saying hello and goodbye, making eye contact with customers. If busy, signaling they know you’re there, ‘I’ll be with you in a minute,’ et al. 🛒🤷🏼♂️
