Turns out, our youngest daughter Manna will be joining her two siblings in Paris, for a semester abroad in college.

What a blessing, that all three of our kids will be living and studying in the "City of Light." Crazy, how the world turns.

I shared a few anecdotes about my family heritage yesterday, during visit to my late father's house in Tata, Hungary. Thank you all for the warmhearted responses. I've since removed these posts; a bit too personal to share in a public space. Appreciate your understanding. 🙏🏼🌞🕊️

With the abject *kneeling in fealty* to Trump by FIFA officials in the run-up to the World Cup, seems folks don't realize that FIFA has been roiled in corruption, scandal and duplicity for decades.

The confluence of MAGA corruption & FIFA corruption is truly one for the ages. 💰

The stately Tata Castle, built in 1397, has sat on the edge of the Old Lake in Tata, Hungary for over six hundred years. It survived multiple sieges by marauding forces; partially destroyed, then rebuilt, several times over the centuries.

All the feels, and the dizzying rush of history, when you visit your parents’ hometown of Tata, Hungary, which was first noted in royal documents in 1093, with a castle on the lake, still standing, built in 1397.

We are just a speck of dust, in the big scheme of things.

Always enjoyed the train ride to idyllic Tata, Hungary, my parents’ hometown. Since my father’s passing, the visits have dissipated.

I return today with a heavy heart, with the solemn task of preparing the house for sale, meeting with a realtor.

Yet another chapter in life. 🕊️
