We can just replace it. The Constitution itself was not created or implemented according to the terms of the Articles of Confederation.

I take pride that very few prominent people whose views I respect have gone crazy or been "canceled." Kunstler is someone who has unfortunately gone completely insane.

There were 13 elections last night for a statewide office.
Democrats swept all 13.
That’s 1 in NJ. 3 in VA. 2 in GA. And 7 in PA (all judges, retention and regular).
They won 12 of the 13 races by double-digits, with margins up to 24%. The only other race, the tightest, they won by 6%.
