It's like saying that you are planning for a budget were things will necessarily go very wrong because you, project owner, are 100% sure that you will be unable to deploy any organizational or design measure to avoid costs to escalate out of control.

Moyes will be lucky to see Valentines day the way things are going. Hopeless hoofball, individual players regressing, £70m wasted on players not deemed good enough/not good enough. Looks every inch a past-it dinosaur and certainly no upgrade on Dyche.

Moyes really is just a waitrose dyche. Think the "new" moyes of last season was just something forced upon him by circumstances.

My 2 cents worth - filter dalmeny st like iona st and make Albert street/albion rd the east-west route because its signal controlled at leith walk end and on easter rd.
Leith is one of Scotland's (& the UK's) most densely populated neighbourhoods with loads of people walking, using a wheelchair, pushing a pram, or cycling down/across Easter Road.

Long promised technical guidance on quantifying carbon emissions from local transport has quietly been released today by DfT. It is designed to provide ‘local authorities with an evidence-based approach to transport planning and the pursuit of local decarbonisation goals’.

We tested this using police-reported casualty data (2012–24) from 113 London Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs) introduced between 2015–24.

In hindsight would it not have been better to retain Ashley young, Jack Harrison and activate lindstrom's buyout clause. It wouldn't have been perfect but combined with the other signings we'd look a lot stronger
