Not just wrong on the facts—it has less than 1/2 the officers of the NYPD alone.
But it DEF lacks the staff needed to police the US as a whole.
It has ~3,500 commando cosplayers. In a national of 325,000,000.

It's totally understandable if you're dooming about any facet of the American experiment right now. So your feelings are "valid" in the sense that they represent real anxiety, and I get that. But to vent that anxiety in other people's spaces is wrong for three reasons.

the kirk assassination and its aftermath was just a remarkable overreach by a bunch of people who couldn’t spell the word regime if you spotted them 4 letters and yet thought they had already consolidated one of their own.
There are no rules, they don’t actually care about respect, decorum, bipartisanship or debate, and only pretend to do so to browbeat you into submission. Nothing is going to change until more people realise that and respond accordingly; including to the media and politicians who have failed them.
