your wardrobe is not a democracy. lolita fashion is not decided by committee. if your choice does not speak to your own heart, it is not lolita fashion.

The people who look the coolest and best to me are always people who dress through self expression & culture regards of their background, body type, or age and revise the clothes to match it. I don't think it's a coincidence many popular alt fashions have DIY or self-identifying habits
