That's exactly the playbook they ran with trans people. Getting fans folks fired from jobs, doxing, harassment, death threats etc. There's an entire cottage industry of right wing influencers who do this for clout and money.
The end goal of Grok sexual harassment is to make women afraid to be visible. It’s a punishment for daring to exist in a way the perpetrators can’t control. There’s no one solution to this, because the problem isn’t just technological. It’s cultural. It’s misogyny. This is just one expression of it.

We need some sort of whistle-adjacent action for situations like this. Something to tell the neighborhood to come running, not because there's an immediate danger, but because laughing at fascist dipshits is a communal activity.

The previous park board rep on the Minneapolis Planning Commission continues to spam Ward 12 residents with emails two months after losing that race.
Jason Garcia will be the next Park Board rep to the Minneapolis Planning Commission because they were the only commissioner to indicate a preference for such a thankless assignment.

Happy New Year! Big news: the Minnesota Paid Leave Law is now officially in effect✅

Tears running down her face, she asked, “What else can I do to be an American?””

Wait, so........ you're saying that.... "helping"... helps? Sorry, I'm from Minneapolis, so you have to understand what a wild concept this is to me, because we've mainly used bulldozers. Does... does the mayor know? Has anyone told him about this [checks notes, squints] Saint... Paul, was it?
A major homeless encampment in St. Paul has remained relatively clean and calm, with dumpsters to keep trash in check, portable toilets for residents and frequent visits from outreach workers.
St. Paul’s largest encampment has grown, but problems have been relatively few
Unlike Minneapolis, St. Paul provides dumpsters and toilets, and city officials say that helps.

Incredibly, not one of these milestones scores as a “win” using the traffic engineering metrics that quietly dictate city planning.

Urban planning prof Jonathan Levine and I have one paper detailing why and another explaining why it has to change for any vision of abundance to succeed. Links below.
Year 1 data on congestion pricing in Manhattan…

* Vehicle traffic: -11%
* Foot traffic: +3.4%
* Storefront vacancy: -0.9%
* Pollution: -22%
* Revenue for mass transit: $548M

So YES this has been a huge success.

All of the money that changed hands in the Teapot Dome scandal totaled less than $10 million after adjusting for inflation, and it was considered so corrupt we still teach it in high school government classes a century later.
Corruption so pungent, it wafts right off the page:

Lobbyists who do pardon deals “say their going rate is $1 million. Pardon-seekers have offered some lobbyists close to the president success fees of as much as $6 million if they can close the deal.”

RFK Jr is directly responsible for the deaths of 83 children in American Samoa from measles because he told them to stop vaccinating. Now, he's trying to kill trans kids. He's a fucking psychopath.
HHS is trying to force Seattle Children's into doing a Sophie's choice of abandoning trans youth or see kids with cancer or other serious illness have their coverage and care disrupted. That's what this is about.

Hopefully, the courts put a quick stop to this like the subpoenas.

A reminder that this work really does matter.

They’re actually redacting Trump’s name AFTER the release.
🚨 The DOJ appears to have redacted Donald Trump’s name from the allegations made in this exhibit in the Epstein files.

Trump’s name was in the original release. Now, it’s blacked out.

See for yourself.
