Sorry Portlanders, the DA won’t lift a finger against the federal Gestapo unless the cops who use alt-right memes in their training materials ask him to.
The DA says his office will collaborate with the state attorney general for any state level investigations into federal LE actions. But adds that the county DA can only investigate cases referred to it by local law enforcement. That hasn't happened so far. (4/X)
