@skillup.bsky.social your Outer Worlds 2 review is solid but I could tell you haven’t played Fallout New Vegas recently or at all. OW2 reused nearly 50% of the mechanics present in FNV and in some cases answers your gripes about faction reactivity.

A little concerned for the hardware demand and optimizations from UE5, but every game is different.
Triple A gaming seems to be more stable on console this generation and I can say that confidently with a 9070xt

I think mechanically it is some of the best video game skating right now.
It’s also visually disappointing as it attempts this “new age” Pixar/Fortnite character art style that is just a major step down.
