This is how I’ve been doing this sort of thing for fifteen years.

The Director of the FBI threatening a sitting Congressperson for taking legislative actions seems like it should be big news.

Distribution centers are not designed to house people. Typically there is one area with water and sewage. Most DCs are also away from areas that tie into sewer lines, so they use septic tanks. Without massive retrofitting they are really going to create death camps.
ICE has now spent over half a BILLION dollars just on purchasing warehouses around the country to convert into detention camps.
If these mega-camps are utilized to the full capacity ICE intends, they'll be the largest prisons in the country, with little real oversight. www.ajc.com/politics/202...

If you use the Cook PVI to compare different sets of seats, by the time you get to +/-2 in either direction you're already looking at thousands of precincts that would have to be seized (or patrolled or intimidated or etc etc)
