I've heard recently about the UK and EU investigating X/Grok for CSAM, but where the hell are the state AGs? Of course the feds aren't going to do anything, but surely there are state laws that apply?
There is a crisis of impunity. The Musk/Grok stuff is just one f many examples of people who are counting on there never being any consequences. And it all makes me just incandescently mad.

I do remember. I remember it as being somewhat more mixed, less homogenous, though. In fact, I reckon the entirety of Gen X remembers eating their Fruit Loops in front of the TV on Saturday mornings, first learning about who we are as a nation as something like this.

Crucial moment #2 is one that has been bugging me lately. In many recent DHS shootings, agents seem to deliberately place themselves in front of vehicles in order to claim the magic words "I feared for my life". This is so common that I think there must be some high level guidance to that effect.

I don't think he'd like to continue the analogy to the point where the dictator Caesar is murdered and left in bloody ruins on the Senate floor, or maybe he just hasn't thought it through that far.
So, a GOP House member is cheering on the end of the republic (while pretending to just be recognizing a historical event). The replies aren't so subtle.

There aren't going to more incidents like this because folks are calling Ross a murderer. The are going to be more incidents like this because DHS is intentionally hiring murderous thugs.
