Might as well have the headline,

"I am the one who will fight for your honor
I'll be the anti-vaxxer
you're been dreaming of
we'll live forever
knowing together
we did it all for love."

(I think Peter Cetera should feel insulted by NYT today)
No. Just no. Burn it all down. 🤢

(Yes, it's a gift link... please read it, so I don't feel gross wasting one of my ten on Olivia Nuzzi, hah.)

Not to even mention how many people also want to work remote because they can't afford to live anywhere near the cities that are already completely hollowed out due to those rent prices whether they take a two hour train ride there or not. 😂

I don't live in a city. But when I go to one, I usually go for their theatres, their museums, their historical sites, their sports venues.

Why should the people who actually live in those cities be denied the beauty of where they live to please corporations and monopoly realtor companies?
if you cant go in to the office 3 days a week then you really can't complain when cities are hollowed out. cities are places where ppl work and network. getting rid of that makes cities useless
And it's usually something like "but that's not what the literal DNC does!" as if I don't know, as someone who has worked on Dem campaigns, sometimes in conjunction with the DNC what they do. So I'm going to be very specific here: this is the DNC being shitty: www.nytimes.com/2025/11/12/u...

NEW: @propublica.org investigated the Chicago apartment raid where kids were zip-tied and citizens detained for hours. They find:

- NONE of the arrested were criminally charged
- NO evidence the building was "filled with TdA terrorists."
- ZERO legitimate reason for DHS to rappel from a Blackhawk.

Nursing is to white women what being a police officer is to white men.

Yeah, sure, some people get into it because they want to help people, and some people are genuinely really good at their jobs!

But the whole foundation is based on being in a position of power over vulnerable people.
It’s the control. It’s also why nurses are often abusive

And why when DEI was being done a lot of white women ended up “in charge”

They believe “other” folks should be managed and they are the people to do it
I know it’s not the point, but taking a whole ass job just to try to screw over a tiny minority of people who have done nothing but exist (and take up space in your psyche I guess) is some absolutely baffling behavior.

She’s making major life decisions based on that! Bananapants stupid.

So, the media has to get involved before Bluesky's team will inform users why they've been suspended or consider reversing obvious moderation errors?

But JS is still welcome.

And they continue to verify known bigots.

Am I understanding this correctly?
We usually do that in response to media requests once they hit that threshold. I’ll try not to weigh in here, since that’s still details of an individual case. An interesting topic for a separate write up though, without discussing case specifics.
