I lived in NM as a kid (dad worked at the lab) and I lived the beauty of the luminarias in the high desert
I am going to tell a story as small and close to myself as I can, before I go set luminarias outside. These lanterns, brown paper bags with sand and candles, are part of the recieved culture of New Mexico, the place where my family moved when I was 1.5 and have now lived again for nearly a decade.

Tom Hanks is rich and was not in the Epstein files proving once again that he is the decent guy we've always believed him to be.

Almost didn't make it into Canada bc when customs asked me my plans, I said I might see some cousins, but couldn't tell him any definite plans or even how many cousins I have at this point in Toronto.
I'm seeing them tonight for pizza making and still not sure how many will be there!
