The truly bonkers part is that a vote, even if it happens, is a boring non-event. It will get next to no coverage and garner zero attention.

The weird part is "Money in an account for people to buy health insurance where they can only use it for insurance" is...um....the subsidies for Obamacare?

Not paying SNAP benefits (in Nov of all months) is unthinkably bad. But the situation is WORSE than that.
The EBT system, through which SNAP benefits flow, may shut down. So even those with money on their EBT card from last month won't be able to use it.

I for one think the Epstein Ballroom will be magnificent. I love the decor theme of “what if Uday Hussein ran a Ramada Inn.” And giving it a theme song everyone will associate with it is a stroke of brilliance! “Thank Heaven for Little Girls” is very catchy.
