I released my Paramount War Magic Set a while ago, but now here it is in a much more usable form! It's a draftable set based on One Piece's Paramount War arc originally made when such an idea was laughable.

An exceptionally enraging and humiliating day to be an American

I'm going to be as polite as I can about this and I'm not calling out anyone in particular, but you don't have to announce that you're disengaging from this to go watch anime or play video games or go back to bed. You can just do that. Announcing it in a cute way feels flippant at best.

It’s absolutely crazy how awful X, or Twitter, is now. The Grok stuff is just the tip of the iceberg. I went over there for five minutes to do my banking and it was absolutely appalling.

wild to me that journalists got so scared of being called “liberal media” that they spent my entire adult life dismantling their own industry, reputation, and personal moral compasses. now journalism is an explicit arm of corporate fascism and they’re STILL scared of “having lefty bias” accusations.

Bible 2
Ok, everyone, what book is sacred enough to you to get sworn in on?
Strange takes on Mayor Zamdani swearing his oath on the Qu’ran. It has nothing to do with church & state. The point of the oath is for the person swearing in to do so upon some text that is sacred TO THEM. Some Presidents swore in w/o any book. John Quincy Adams was sworn on a law book. His choice.

The reason the primary topic of my political writing this year has been "You are allowed to believe things and to act according to those beliefs" is that this appears to be completely incomprehensible to most of the American commentariat.
Real "oh my god, she admit it" moment here. Trump is treated as an uninteresting figure without agency so we can dump endless criticism on liberals for how they react to his "natural disaster." He "doesn't participate in moral frameworks" lmfao

You gotta admit that doing the centrist "I'm not fan of George W. Bush but..." schtick today, the day when Mamdani is going up on stage talking about how the "language of civility masks agendas of cruelty", is an incredible bit.

Mamdani took over the @NYCMayor account on Twitter but old Eric Adams tweets are still active. That means Mamdani's name and face shows up for old tweets he didn't send.

You're probably going to see a lot of screenshots like this where Mamdani appears to praise Netanyahu, but they aren't by Mamdani
