Told my dad about how my kid will ask for 6 chicken nuggs and if I get her 10 she will never eat the other 4. And how she made her self a rule of only 2 episodes of a show a day and follows it and how if she isn’t in the shower at 8:30 sharp its the worst thing ever.

The danger is you become self-satisfied by tossing some money to charity and shrugging your shoulders but if you recognize that you need to do more but can do something good at this second it really does make a difference for this feeling of helplessness to just do something good, even if it’s small

I love what Mark Dantonio did with Michigan State, but 3-year development coaches like him (and Jonathan Smith) are basically obsolete now. Also, Jimmy Johnson would suck in this era because now everyone can pay their players.
